Hi Darren,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
Thanks for patiently waiting, we appreciate it. -

Hi Darren,
It's possible to have the form signed by different people. We can simply create a notification email. This notification email has an Edit Link that they can click to edit the form and have them sign their respective signature fields. You can put their email addresses as the recipient of the notification email. This notification email will be sent once the user submits the form. Let me show you how to set up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the blue +Add Email button in the middle part of the screen.
- On the email options, select Notification Email.
- In the notification email template, click on the Recipient tab on the top part
- Under Recipient's Email, enter the email addresses of the users with whom you'd like to have their signature added to the form.
- Finally, click the green Save button below.
Please note that the ability to edit the form is only available when Jotform Sign is turned off. Make sure to keep it off in the Form Settings.
Here's how the email will look like when they receive it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
