I am trying to run a poll for staff, without needing to create a jotform login. Can you tell me how to edit my form to allow this?

I have read related articles and they don't seem to be helping.

    Thank you

    Hi Melissa_Evans,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To share the form and let respondent fill the form without login or creating an account, you'll need to change your form's access settings into Public Form, then share the form URL.

I see that the form you are working on is currently set as Public Form. You'll only need to retrieve and share the form URL with your respondent. It's easy to retrieve your form URL, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Under Link to Share, click on Copy URL, and your form URL will be copied.
    3. When the user click on your form URL, they'll be directed to your form.

When the respondent click on the link, they'll be able to view your form without logging in. You can also test this by viewing your form via incognito mode.

Let us know if you need more help.
