Disable automatic monthly payments

I want to disable automatic monthly payments. How can I do that? Will it affect the forms and subscriptions that have already been submitted by customers

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to your monthly subscription? If yes, you will need to cancel your subscription if you do not want to be billed monthly. You can cancel now, and it should take effect once your paid plan expires. For example, if you cancel now, it will take effect on June 25, 2024. If you want to continue your subscription, you need to reactivate it, or upgrade again. Once the subscription is downgraded, the starter plan limits will apply.
