How to upgrade on a monthly basis?

Hello:

We are Non Profit using your platform. Amazing by the way, congrats...

We only need this form, we will be very glad to pay you but this form we have is enough for us, so is not worth to pay a full year if we will not use your platform anymore. Is there a fee we can pay to keep using this form beyond 100 subscribers? maybe we will reach 300 top.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to subscribe to a monthly plan. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose Monthly  payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account. You may also consider applying for our non-profit discount found on this link.
