hai i just create my form last night but today not any form show in my box.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the form, I saw that it's owned by another account with the associated email address of jo**aig*@*clou*.com. That's why you are not able to view this form under your account.

hai..i need help because i registered use this icloud email. but dont know after i use this icloud email login. and inside detail all change.. why happen like this?

You will need to log in to the icloud email address my colleague mentioned, in order to access the form. You are currently logged in to the account associated with the x**pn8**58@pr**ater**ay.ap*le*d.com.
If you happen to have forgotten the password of the Jotform account under the icloud email, then you can reset it, to create a new password. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
