Why is my app not loading my products when they are clicked on?

    My app is not loading the pages for my products when they are clicked on. Help me please.

    Hi Alana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found out that the issue was due to the empty product option that was added to each product:

    Therefore, fixing or deleting this product option will resolve the issue. You can test this clone app to see my results. Let me show you how I do it:

    • In the App Builder, hover over the product field.
    • Click on the Products icon.
    • On the Product panel on the right, hover over to the product and then click the Pencil icon.
    • Click on the Options tab and then delete the second product option.
