Submit form for non-payer

For my tournament entry form we rely heavily on the reports to reconcile the entry fees.

I have one participant that could not get Paypal to process her registration form with payment, so I had to invoice her separately. Her payment by invoice worked fine.

Now I need to update the submissions with her entry information so my reports are correct. Is there a way to submit a dummy registration form without requiring payment?

    Hi secretarybusa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's an option to complete an incomplete payments, but it's not available in PayPal Business. You can try to manually edit the submission in the submission table. Or unrequire the Payment field in your form. Here's how you can do that:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Payment field and click on its Gear icon.
    2. Then, go to the Advanced tab and turn off Required.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That didn't work. I think the Paypal integration requires a payment be submitted.

    Hi Pam,

Thanks for getting back to us. Jotform's Conditions feature lets you hide the payment options. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
    2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (Single Choice field is used in this example).
    3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.

Now, let's set up the conditions:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
    3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
    4. Set the conditions like you see below:Submit form for non payer Image 2 Screenshot 61

Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:
