How to Update The Form's Page Title?

Hi,

I have altered the name and URL of my form to include my business name, however, the tabs still display something different (across multiple browsers). The images attached show what it currently displays, which I would like to change. How can I do this?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. There are times that when you clone a form, the one shown in the browser tab will still be the original form's name.  To change the title that shows in the browser tab, you can update the page title of the form.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click the Show More Options button.
3. Scroll down and search for the Page Title field.
4. Enter your preferred Page Title.
