    I still need help getting access to our Jotform. Did support receive my recent response providing you with the CC and expiration date information?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and I was able to open it. Also, your account is not restricted in any way. Can you explain more about the issue you encountered in accessing Jotform? Additionally, can you share with us the link to the previous thread you opened so we can check the response you mentioned?

    How interesting. I've been working with support for that last week to get access and didn't realize it was resolved as I didn't get a response.

    I'm logged in and do see the access I need. Thanks for your help and response.
