    Hi Dale,

My colleague is currently working on your concern as fast as he can. Once he finds out the reason why this is happening he will get back to this thread and provide a possible solution. In the meantime, I cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you please make a test submission and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, kindly take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Dale,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Authorized Screenshot 30

As you can see, I was able to submit the form properly. But when I tried to intentionally enter the wrong Transaction Key, I received the same prompt message you have on your end. Check out the screencast below:

    Authorized Screenshot 41

As can be seen, the merchant ID prompt message appears after submitting the form. Take note that this prompt usually appears when the credentials entered in the Authorized.net payment widget fields are incorrect. To fix the issue, try to generate a new Transaction Key and use it on your Authorized.net payment widget.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
