People are completing the form and dowloading the pdf but the information they put in is not aligned with the correct spacing on the form. I double checked the original pdf, uploaded a new one and it is still doing it.

Hi Sherri,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue and I ran to the same problem. To fix this, you would have to move the field connection on your original PDF in the Smart PDF form builder. Here's how you do it:
1 . In Smart PDF Form Builder, click on the field connected to your original PDF.
2. Then move the field connection on your original PDF.
Here's the result after I moved the field connection to the original PDF.
