So is there logic based into there forms? Is it possible to have them check a few boxes then based on what was checked it will allow them to fill out specific forms?
Is it possible to fill out a form then have that form fill out multiple documents?
Do you all store data at all?

Hello Micheal,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can add multiple forms within your form and only show it when your form users select them from a Multiple Choice Element.
You can use the iframe embed widget to add another form within your form. Your form fillers can fill in both forms within one link. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search and choose the Iframe Embed.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Put the form link and click the Update Widget button.
Now, we need to add the Multiple Choice form field as the basis of when to show the additional forms. Let me show you how to set that up:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
2. Under the Basic Tab, select and drag the Multiple Choice Element to your form.
Next, we can set up the Conditional Logic to show the additional forms only when they are selected from the Multiple Choice form field. Let me show you how to add it to your form:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Choose Show/Hide Field and set it up like this.
4. Click on the Save button. That's it.
Doing this, the form embedded using the iframe widget will only show when it's selected from the Multiple Choice form field.
We also have a guide here that you can check out to learn more about Conditional Logic.
Regarding the storage of form submission, unfortunately, it can't be stored on one form only because they will be stored on their own Submission Tables.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
