How do you build a form that once filled out everyone else with the link who fills it out can see all previous information already added by another person?

Hi woodwaycc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To achieve this, you can create a report that users are redirected to after they submit the form. This way, they will be able to see the previous submissions. Also, you can create a sign-up form for different days and times by utilizing the Appointment element. Let me show you how to set this up:
- In My Forms page, select a form and click on the Reports tab.
- Click on Add New Report and select either Grid Listing or HTML Table Listing.
- Now, you can configure the report and include all the necessary fields.
- Once the report is created, you will receive a shareable link and copy it.
Now, let's set up the Thank You page so that once the form is submitted, users will be redirected to the report table.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
- Click on Thank You page on the left, and select Redirect to an external link after submission.
- Now, you can Enter the URL of your report.
Now, let's add the Appointment field.
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
- Under Basic, drag and drop the Appointment element to add it to your form. That's it. Configure the appointment slots as needed.
Here's my result:
Here's my demo form. You can clone it to test or inspect.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
