Missing PDF Attachments in Emails

Our jot form applications are coming to our email without an attachment so we can only see the application information in the body of the email. Is this something new? It used to come as a PDF attachment.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to your TRIO Application 2024-25 form? When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

If that's not the form, can you provide us with the form URL so we can investigate? Also, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms. This normally fixes temporary issues. Can you try it again and see how it goes?

We just got another one in and it is correct it came with the attachment. We were just curious why one would come in wrong and then one came in the right way. Anyway, thank you for your help! It seems to be working ok now!
