Sending Jotform Link Preview Not Showing Up

Up until recently, we could see the header image preview when we shared the jotform link via text.

Now, it just shows the link but no header image. How do we fix that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to further clarify, when you said you were able to send the form link with the image via text, do you mean you sent it via Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, or was it the actual SMS/text messaging service? If it's text messaging, I am afraid we cannot set it, as this is a restriction on the app and not of the form. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
