Account Suspended: Phishing

    i responded to the email but can not respond to the thread because i can not log in. The last 4 of the Visa card used is 9359 exp is 12/27. I'm not sure the date of last charge since im unable to access our account since its been suspended. Our account was suspended yesterday and I changed the passworde then.

    Hi Amber,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your account, it was suspended because your Form was automatically flagged as Phishing. It was also found out that your account was hacked. Please have a quick view of Jotform's Terms of Use to know more about the restrictions and to avoid this happening again.

    If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Provide any document that will support your claims.

    Send these things above to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #15860441 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them. We also recommend resetting your password on your account. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
