I submitted a response but did not receive a Thank You email

    I submitted a response, but did not receive a thank you.

    I subsequently received this message when I input the draft link:

    Submission draft not found. This draft was deleted or has already been submitted.

    How can I confirm our response went through?

    Hi Julie,

    The reason why you're not receiving a Thank You email is because the form owner might have disabled it. I would suggest contacting the form owner to confirm if that is the case.

    As for your question about the draft link, it would also be best to contact the form owner. They can check the data and see if your submitted draft is saved. If so, you can ask them for the link so you can continue filling up the form.
