Hi. When I send the survey I created, the system requires the respondent to create an account to access the survey. I read in the help center that the form needs to be set as 'public', which it is.
I also saw something about a 'submit' button and my form also has a submit button, so I can't find out what's going on. I only have 1 form: FCS Customer Satisfaction Survey - Jotform Form Builder
I am still testing the platform before committing to a paid plan and/or creating more forms.
thank you!

Hi Fabiola,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it on incognito mode without logging in to any account to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi! Not sure what you did but it worked! It's taking the respondent directly to the form.
thank you so much!
