need to cancel and can't log in

    Hello,


    I just saw an auto payment for Jotform on my credit card statement. I wanted to log into jot form to cancel my account because we no longer use it. My password was not accepted and I am not receiving the link to reset my password.


    First, I would like to cancel and get refunded for the auto payment that happened on June 6 for $468.00.

    Second, I need the ability to sign in to cancel.
