I can't seem to remove HIPPA lock. We are not a HIPPA entity. Please advise how to delete so that I can edit my forms again.

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're not taking Personal Health Information, you just need to select the “NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity” option from the HIPAA initiation modal in the Data section of your Account Settings. Let me show you how to do it:
- In My Forms Page, click your Avatar/Profile at the top right of the page.
- Click on Settings and in the menu on the left side, click on Data.
- Once you are on the Data page, you'll encounter the HIPAA initiation modal.
- Select the “NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity” option.
