    How do I stop the double emails in my inbox from Jotforms?

    Hi Lee,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check Notification email of your form to see if only one Notification email is set. You can also check Jotform Sign Automation to see it is disabled. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Emails, and check if there is only one Notification email.

    3. In the menu located on the left side of the screen, click on Jotform Sign.

    4. To disable Jotform Sign Automation, Toggle OFF the Jotform Sign Automation.
