Why can't I access my draft submissions?

In which cases when we open the draft link we get the error 'Please login to the account that created this draft', sometimes it opens with no problem (in both cases through incognito), it is just general question, so I can't provide specific form or draft id

    Hello tnatrader,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the draft submission was made when a Jotform account is logged in, the draft will be associated and can only be accessed with that account. You can choose to Skip Create an Account when saving the draft to avoid this.

Also, you can add an edit link to your Autoresponder email so that anyone who submits your form can edit it after they've submitted it. It's easy, let's do it:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
    • Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
    • After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below:
