Form Builder: Creating conditional logic based on the real-time updated submissions in the submission table

There is no form created yet. I am evaluating Jotform to see if it will work for my case. It is critical that I am able to update Status in a form, sucha as from Needs Repair to Available. And then it is immediately available in another form for users to see which laptops are Available, check them out based on this list and this list only, check-out the laptop and it's Status would then be changed to Checked-Out.

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
