I have searched the support and haven't found an answer yet. How can i use the Weekly Appointment Planner in place of doodle but allow it to show how many have chosen that timeslot before?

i.e. I have set the availability as unlimited so I can get each person's availability but I would like to be able to show how many previous people have selected that timeslot already. the Weekly appointment planner can count down (based on availability in that timeslot) - but can it count up?

This is a helpful feature as perhaps the fourth person from a group of four gets on and sees that the three other people are available during a certain timeslot - they then may move a different commitment recognizing it is the only time that may work for the four people.

    Hi Carolyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do have 12 Doodle alternatives for scheduling meetings that you can check here. Additionally, I checked your form name Meeting Availability, you're using a Weekly appointment planner widget and the availability of those is unlimited:

Can you please confirm if you want to limit the number of appointments on each date? If yes, you can add a limit to make to each date and time. Let me show you how:

    1. Click any of the Weekly Appointment Planner widgets.
    2. Hover your mouse over the Wand Icon to open the widgets setting.
    3. Under Appointment Times edit the {1} to make limited.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
