Form is not being submitted

    I hope this message finds you well.

    This is Sofia from the IT department of California Intercontinental University. We are currently experiencing an issue with our proctored exam form (https://caluniversity.edu/proctored-exam-form/). One of our students is unable to complete the registration process. Although she can upload all the necessary information, clicking "Continue" redirects her back to the form without submitting her information.

    Could you please provide guidance on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue? Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Sofia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form and tested it, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Check out my screencast below:

    Form is not being submitted Image 1 Screenshot 20 I’ve cleared your form caches on our backend system for additional precautions.  Can you suggest your student to clear their browser caches and cookies? They can also try submitting the form on a different browser.

    If the issue persists, will you allow us to do a submission test on the form that's embedded on your website?

    Thank you very much for your quick response.

    I appreciate you conducting the test and clearing the caches for the form. It seems the issue might be specific to the student. I will assist her in clearing her cache or using a different browser. If the problem persists, I will let you know.
