I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A FIELD TICKET NUMBER ON A FORM IN THIS FORMAT. 20240612 01 6 DATE, EMPLOYEE NUMBER, JOB NUMBER. I HAVE ALL OF THIS HIDDEN ON THEIR FORM AND THE JOB NUMBER AUTOMATICALLY INCREASES BY ONE. I'M HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THIS NUMBER TO APPEAR IN ONE FIELD USING CONDITION FORMATTING. I'M ABLE TO GET THE EMPLOYEE NUMBER AND JOB NUMBER BUT WHEN I ADD THE DATE IT'S NOT RIGHT. THE DATE COMES UP IN THIS FORMAT 19887.

IT CAN BE A DATE BOX THEN TO THE RIGHT EMPLOYEE NUMBER AND JOB NUMBER. I'M JUST HAVING TROUBLE MAKING IT LOOK CLEAN.

    Hi Kyle,

We can use the Form Calculation widget to combine other fields' data into one. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, select the Form Calculation widget to add it to your form.
    3. Next, click on the widget's Wand icon, and use the Add Field button to add fields, and spaces using your keyboard to add separators.

While doing so, please ensure that the fields and spaces are added as Strings by clicking on them until it shows as gray, or A-Z.

This is how it would work:

    Hi Kyle,

Can you try cloning this form instead? Let me show you How to Clone an Existing Form:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

My conditional logic to hide and show multiple sections/pages isnt working as desired Image 7 Screenshot 166 Screenshot 10

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form
