Inquiry on multiple users with admin

Good day, please help me out

I want to know if your product

My customer wants me to help him create a 3 x forms for his technicians to complete, each technician will have to log into the forms, he will be the admin, and see the tables, graphs and pie charts.

Will I be able to do the entire job on your platform, which package do I need, and how much will it cost?

I have registered a domain, so I might need some help to get that down.
