I believe I've done everything correctly but my form still gets a PayPal Invoicing Error.

    Hi scholamontis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it looks like it's integrated to PayPal Invoicing correctly. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I've cleared your form caches from the backend. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, I suggest you try reconnecting the integration. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the payment field and click on the wand icon to open Payment Settings.
    2. In the Payment Settings panel, click on the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
    3. Click on the green dropdown that says Connected, and select Reconnect.
    4. Click on the blue Connect button to completely reconnect it to PayPal Invoicing.

If the issue persists, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I am still getting the Paypal invoicing error.
I've reconnected the account and it is still showing.

Paypal shows the invoices but they are just drafts.

    Hello scholamontis,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly as well on my end. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
