Hi,
The attachment in the pdf email auto-responder is not showing up. Please fix this. Why is this happening? Please enlighten us.

Hi Dan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it. The attached PDF I received doesn't match the screenshot you shared, but the image is showing.
I checked the PDF attached to the form, and it shows Default Document 1. So, I changed it to Annual Meeting Form and clicked Save.
After testing out the form again, this is the image of the PDF I received.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

The form looks good and the PDF is set up properly. We're just curious about why this issue occurs. Could it be due to the user's internet connection or something else?
