Form User: Unable to submit the form.

    I ordered Semaglutide on Groupon and did everything I was supposed to and now when I enter the deposit numbers, it is saying not valid. All I need to do is pay for shipping and get my medicine! I have never experienced anything like this when ordering from a compounding pharmacy. Please help me ASAP

    The problem comes into play when having to utilize this Jotform platform….? This is crazy.

You might want to check with them to report that you are having problems submitting their form.     Hi Christine,

    Remember that Jotform is an online builder platform accessible to everyone who wants to create a form. Forms that have been created are managed by the individual who developed them, not by Jotform.

    If you have questions about the form that you filled out, you will need to reach out to the person who sent you the link to the form or who ever asked you to fill out the form.
