For some reason my jotforms do not work anymore. They do not become visible when I am working on my site. See screenshot.
They are still visible online. But I cannot update my site without losing the jotforms…!
Does it have anything to do with the new Privacy Law? Do I need to change something in my account or settings? Please let me know!
Thank you
LizaCare

Please provide us an URL of a page where you embedded your form. From the screenshot you provided I see that you are using a script code. You can try to re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.

The URL of your website where are you trying to embed a form can help us to see if there are any errors inside of the console log. This can help us to troubleshoot this issue.
You can check other available embed options here:

To my understanding, the issue happens only when you are building your website but not when it is published. I see that you have shared the link to your website — http://www.elisabethemmanuel.nl/Gratis.html. However, I'm afraid we cannot reproduce the issue there. Are you using any specific website building apps where we can also try use to reproduce the issue?

Hello Mike, thanks for your information. I took the chance and updated the site. You were right! It just didn't show in my website building app… It normally always did. So there appears to be something wrong with the app. Absolutely nothing with Jotform!
thank you kindly,
Elisabeth

It looks like that you are using some website builder for your website. As I check the web page, the form is embedded on a widget that is having lesser height. Please try increasing the height of the widget on your website builder to see if that helps. Also, please try embedding the form using the iframe embed code only by using the iframe section as displayed below:
If the issue still persists, please let us know the builder that you are using so that we may be able to assist you further.
Thanks!
