Klaviyo is not working

    I have successfully integrated the jotform form with Klaviyo , I see each submission sent to Klaviyo but they are showing as unsubscribed to email /marketing so we can't use them on Klaviyo.


    The actual clients have signed up using QR signage to become a member

    Hello Alan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Here is your guide on where to find your form URL or you can follow the steps and screencast below:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • Select Quick Share from the left panel.
    • Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.

    Hi Alan,

    Just to understand the issue in a bit more detail. Are you saying that email addresses collected on the form are showing as unsubscribed to email/marketing in the Klaviyo? If so, please note the email addresses are only collected through our forms which are then sent to Klaviyo. If they are showing as unsubscribed in Klaviyo it would be best to contact Klaviyo support to check why this is happening. If this is what you are not referring to can you please explain in a bit more detail so we can help you with a proper solution?
