Hello,
I am using the Report Builder to generate visual reports from your form responses.
This is a 10-question survey with answers ranging from 1 (Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree).
I need to identify each person who answers and categorize them based on the following interpretation:
Interpretation:
- Questions 2, 4, 6, 8, and 9 are designed to identify potentially rude behavior. Higher scores on these questions could indicate undesirable traits.
- Questions 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 focus on positive behaviors and attitudes. Higher scores on these questions could indicate desirable traits.
Can Jotform do this?
I will appreciate your assitance in this request. Thank You

Hi isis_pagan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Visual Report's charts only reflect each question and are unable to categorize which answers belong to whom.
As a workaround, you can use the Form Calculation Widget to calculate the score of the desirable and undesirable traits and on the Tables page, you'll then be able to sort the scores and export them. Let me show you how:
1. Under the Widgets tab, click on Form Calculation for Desirable Traits Score and Undesirable Trait Score.
2. Click on the widget for the desirable trait score and click on the wand icon on the right.
3. Click on the Add Field button and select the fields that are desirable traits with higher scores.
4. Put a plus sign in between the fields.
5. Click on Save when you're done.
6. Do the same thing for the undesirable trait score widget and this time, select the fields that are undesirable traits with higher scores. And that's it.
Here's a sample result:
Now, go to the Tables page to sort the data and export:
- In the Tables page, click on the 3 vertical dots beside the column name.
- Click Ascending or Descending to sort the data.
- You can then click on Download All to export it as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Here's also my demo form which you can clone and check.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
