I saw a thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/4018505-email-autoresponder-have-the-option-to-cancel-scheduled-email-or-at-least-view-the-email-queue that I'd really like to just "upvote"
But for the sake of being thorough, I would like to be able to view the list of scheduled auto-responder emails that are generated by a form. I'd at least like to be able to cancel them, but editing would be even better.
My use case is a reminder email one week before the event they register for via my form. If they email me to cancel, I'd like to be able to cancel the reminder. Even better, if they email and change their date, I'd like to change when the email sends. Or correct a typo in the email they entered. Or adjust the language if they booked the appointment a month ago and the meeting location has changed.
But all of that is manageable if I can simply view and then cancel/delete the scheduled emails

Hi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, there's no option to either edit or cancel the scheduled Autoresponder emails. As soon as the entry is submitted, the email is already on queue. The best workaround for you is to set your Autoresponder email to not be triggered when the form is submitted. You can add the Send Email button to your Jotform Tables and use it to manually send the Autoresponder email at a later date. In this way, in case you get any cancellations, you have an option to not send the email. Let me show you how:
- Add a new column.
- Go to the Buttons tab and select Send Email and click Next.
- Name the column.
- Choose the email you want to be sent and click Create Column.
- The Send Email button is now added to the Tables and you can send it manually anytime you need to.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
- Add a new column.

Jotform allows so many options for scheduling. We really need to be able to cancel the scheduled emails if the client cancels or reschedules. For example, We want to be able to automatically send a consent form to complete # of days before their appointment. If they cancel or reschedule, we need to be able to cancel the scheduled email. Not having this option forces us to remain with a more manual system which is manually emailing links to clients. Non-tech-savvy users and team members are not going to be able to log in to Jotform and manually send as in this example.

Hi Alex,
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
