I have missing a submission?

I seem to be missing a submission made may 14. i viewed it and now it seems to be gone. its a submission done from my "Intake Form". Any ideas where it went????

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Intake form and see that you have trashed entries in your Jotform tables. Can you please check if the missing submission is one of the submission in your Trashed entries? You can restore your deleted entries. Let me show you how:

• On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
• In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
• In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
• Click on Restore and that's it.

It was not one of the ones in the trash or archive. I saw that a form was viewed on May 15 and there was a submission on May 14. that's the one missing.

1. In your Account History page.
2. Click on the date filter located in the upper-right corner of the table
3. Select your desired period using the date picker.
4. Beside the date filter, adjust the action filter to Emails.
