    Good afternoon Support,

Our Customers are Reporting an Error Message After Submitting a Payment Form. This form is part of our

Employee Daily Parking Request. All of our other payment forms are working properly. Please look into this as soon as possible today.

I tested the form myself and received the same message below.

    Hello monumentparking1,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error message seen in your screenshot is for the most part related to the Authorized.net credentials. Can you try to re-enter the your Authorize.net API Login ID and the Transaction Key? Let me walk you through how to do that:

    1. Click the Wand icon on the Product List element.
    2. Click the Gear icon in the upper right of the right menu.Authorize Screenshot 30
    3. Click on the Pencil icon to re-enter ethe API Login ID and Transaction Key.
    4. Click Continue to complete the process.Authorize Screenshot 41

You can also check out this page for more information related to the error message.

Give it a try, and let us know if you need any more help.

    Good afternoon,

Thank you for your assistance. We have updated our Transaction Key for all our payment forms. This fixed the issue. You can close this ticket. It has been resolved. Have a great weekend!
