Login Button is not working

    I cannot login due to the fact that the login button on your homepage is not working.

    What can I do?

    Or is this a major problem?

    I have tried different browsers and computers allready.

    Hi Bastian,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please know that we are not having any issues with our server today. Can you please clear your browser cache and if the issue persists, also try in the incognito mode? Restarting the device you're using may also help with this issue.

    Give it a try and let us see how it goes.

    I am having the same issue. Use Safari, used Chrome, tried different computers. Mac OS. Tried on several different days. Button does nothing at all.

    Hi Bastian,

    We didn't receive any reports regarding the log-in button. When I tested the Login button, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try again using another browser or device? Also, I checked the email address you used to contact us, but it's connected to a guest account. Can you share with us the email address you used to create an account with Jotform?
