Notification emails not received

    my team uses jot form daily,

    but after we renewed our subscription we dont get any notifications on mail when my customers is booking.

    my customers get a reply and the bookings is on the website.

    i've tried to delete recipient emails and adding them again, but nothing works

    Hi Nils Hasfeldt Andersen,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to this form? If so, I checked the form and I see several conditions where the notification email is linked. Take note that the default recipient in the email settings will be overridden by the recipients list in the email condition. Here's an example condition you have:

    Can you please check if the affected submissions have met any of the email conditions on your form? Also, have you checked the recipients' Spam folder to see if the missing email is there?
