My refund said i would still be at a starter plan
I want to cancel any plan

Hi Jill,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it shows that your Bronze Yearly Plan has already been refunded to your account. Refunds will be posted on your account within 5-7 business days. Also, your account has been downgraded to the Starter Plan.
To check your invoices. Here's how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
