    Hello community,

I have the following case, there are two users A and B who approve the form request, if User A approves the request, the second request must reach user B, before approving he must fill out the form and add some additional changes and then approve .

Is it possible to do this ?

    Hello Leonardo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can include the edit link in the second approval so the approver can make some modifications in the submission and approve the form. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Approval Builder, click on gear icon at the the left side of the approval element then under General Tab, select Edit Email.
    • Click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
    • After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.

Now, the email that they will receive for approval will include a link to edit the submission. The approver can edit the form and take an action to the approval.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
