Hi team, can you please reset our data limit? We had a bunch of stuff in the trash that needed permanently deleted. Thank you!

    Hi SEO Services,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've manually reset the upload space, and currently it shows 43.08 out of 100 MB. Your account is in good standing. Let me show you how to clear your form caches, which can be helpful. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.Request to reset the upload space limits Image 1 Screenshot 30

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.Request to reset the upload space limits Image 2 Screenshot 41

Let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi ServicesSEO,

I noticed that you've reached your Uploads space limit. The upload space limit is the total size of files uploaded by users through the File Upload field. Currently, under the FREE plan, you have 255.95 MB / 100.00 MB of upload space.

To free up space, you'll need to delete some submissions. Before doing so, make sure to download all the submissions for future reference. After downloading, you can delete the submissions to free up space. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan to increase your account limits.

Please note that deleting submissions in Jotform Tables moves them to the trash folder for 30 days, allowing you to restore them if needed. To permanently delete trashed submissions:

    1. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
    2. Select Trashed entries"from the menu.
    3. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete and select Purge
    4. Confirm by selecting Delete in the dialog.

    Hi ServicesSEO,

When I checked your account, your upload space is still at 103.32 MB / 100.00 MB. Try to delete and purge more submissions to free up space. You can also check this yourself on the account's Usage page. Here's how to do it:

    • Go to the Usage page.
    • In the Total Usage section, you'll see your Upload Space if you still exceed the limit or not.
