A client filled a form on my website www.wewriteit.ca and his info is saved on the website and the public can see this. Is this going to happen everytime?

I have reviewed your form and web page, I cannot see submissions information anywhere there.
May you please let us know where on your web page are you seeing the submissions data?
JotForm does not have such feature by default, if possible, please kindly provide us a screenshot of the issue, please do not attach the file via an email response since it will not be posted here, instead you should follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Thanks.

I have checked the web page and see that there is no information is being displayed on the form. Please see the screenshot below:
Is the issue occurring on any specific browser at your end? Could you try accessing the web page on a private/incognito window or a separate browser? Also, please try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps.

It's not an issue and it's not actually that the form is saving the data, what happens is that you have configured a placeholder on your fields and used that info as example, to get rid of that simply remove the current info on the placeholder section of the field settings wizard, here is how to do it:
Also, the attached images via email responses will not reach this thread, as we have been explaining, instead you need to upload the image by opening this thread in a web browser and using the text editor, here is also a detailed guide about how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Please try what I suggested and let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

anaisgil2404Replied on September 21, 2018 at 2:43 AMHi Im having issues with all the forms. A customer just brought to my attention that when filling the resume writing form it takes them to jotform as collaborator- so they can access the form and modify it. Why is this happening? Im paying the membership to remove the branding and this is not acceptable. Can you fix this issue please
ASAP
