When a selection is made in one dropdown, the items in another dropdown can change accordingly.

We can create a condition that would let an item selected in your second dropdown depending on the option selected on the first dropdown.

Or do you want to have a dynamic option, in which depending on the first dropdown the options on the second dropdown will change?

Unfortunately, this would be impossible as the dropdown needs a pre-listed options to select from.

We can however, create multiple dropdowns with the pre-listed option and only show it when the designated dropdown is selected.
