    I have shared the above screenshot from the previous thread for reference, I am unable to reply to that thread due to login issues.


    My company's account is still suspended and as requested I've provided every detail now i want you to get this sorted in the next response.


    Also, i authorize you to delete the form name "Form" which is creating issues and also ensure that forms like this do not get added or create issues for me and my team.


    I am hoping in the next response now it should be sorted, just because of a condition of yours my company has to go through issues for the last few hours


    Not happy at all with the services I'm getting from you guys, looks like I'm paying for nothing here, i want this sorted.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reactivated your account and deleted the suspected form. We recommend that you update your account password.

    we want to continue our subscription of jotform.

    We may need to change the credit card for autopayment. Please tell us how?
