Feature request: Send autoresponder on specific time.

Why can't you choose the particular time of the day you want the autoresponder to be sent?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

When you send an Autoresponder Email on a later date, it will be sent at 12:00 AM EST. It can only be sent on the date set, not the time. Our forms can be integrated with different emailing tools. You may want to explore more here to see the options that you can choose from.

You can also add send email button in your tables to send an autoresponder email at any time. Adding an Email Button to your Jotform Table is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and go to the Buttons tab.
3. Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and select the Email template.
4. Now, just click on Create and you're done.

Now, when you click on the Send Email button, an email that includes the submission information will be sent to the email address you selected.
