Email Notification is not working.

    Hi Petebenes,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue can be related to your e-mail address blocking the Jotform e-mails. E-mail providers can take this action to block messages when too many e-mails come from the same address. I suggest you check this guide with some explanations of why you're not receiving the notification e-mails. If the e-mails are being marked as spam, please check this guide. I also strongly recommend you to whitelist the Jotform whitelist the Jotform IP address on your e-mail.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Does not appear our gmail is filtering or blocking anything from noreply@jotform.com. Emails from Jotform have been coming in daily to invoicegray@gmail.com with no issues until June 3rd. Have followed the guide above and Google's troubleshooting tips with no success. Any other thoughts on what could be going on?

    Hi Pete,

    I've checked the email address, invoicegray@gmail.com, and found out that it is on our bounce list. There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list.

    I've gone ahead and removed it from our bounce list. It should be getting emails again from Jotform.

    Hi Pete,

    I have checked this email zrsno11@Yahoo.com and it shows it's in our bounce list. I have removed it and you can check out this guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
