Hi Hemavathy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to encrypted forms? I checked your account and didn't see any encrypted forms. Also, please note that our system does not store the access code for the form, so there is no way to retrieve that on our end. As a workaround, you may disable form encryption, but it won't decrypt the previously encrypted submissions. Let me walk you through the steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Now, under Form Settings, toggle the Encrypt Form Data as Off.
3. Finally, click on Yes, Disable It button in the pop-up window.
