Bounce list: Form stopped sending emails

    I just had my manager tell me that he has not been receing respoinses from a form that had been working correctly. Please help me figure out why. He thinks I removed him on May 11 and I did not. I removed him today. Please help me understand why the responses are not being sent

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have checked your form and noticed that both emails are in the bounce list, so we removed them from the bounce list. Can you check again and see how it goes?

    The email condition I set to send the responses to Rhonda.English@FathersandFamiliescenter.org is not working. She said that she is not receiving the emails from the Fatherhood Development Workshop / Strong Fathers Class Registration form. The Condition set says to forward all completed forms to her if they select At Orientation. 


    Please let me know if something is wrong or if she needs to check her spam folder.

    Hi Robert,

    I've checked the email, Rhonda.English@FathersandFamiliescenter.org, and found out that it is on our bounce list as well. I've gone ahead and removed it, and it should be getting emails from Jotform again.
