How to add my logo to a form?

Everywhere I look, Jotform seems to be the best, most flexible and creative builder of order forms. Here's what I want to confirm I can do:

1. Must include my logo, and I know I'll have to resize it somehow
2. My product is a tent card with a message, a font, and a border choice. My customers can choose any option that suits them. I would like for the form to include a box in which the tent card is created visually as they click their choices. Now they can see it before they buy it.
3. I'll need a box for additional information or questions
4. A space to put my contact information

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me walk you through how to add a logo on your form and resize it if needed:

1. Click the Add Your Logo option under the orange navigation bar.
2. In the logo settings menu on the right, upload your logo.
3. Drag the Logo Size to your preference.

I have added logo a picture to the Logo area . I want to ADD TEXT IN THIS AREA. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

If you tried sending an image, unfortunately, it didn't go through. Let me walk you through how to share screenshots and images of the part of the form where you want a custom text to be added with us:

1.  Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.
2.  Click on the Add Image icon on the toolbar in the Your Answer section.
3.  Paste a link to an image or upload a screenshot from your computer.
4.  Click on the Add button on the modal.
5.  Click the Post Answer button to send your reply.
