Error: Too Many Requests - Sorry! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.

    Hey there,

    Our TrainingRequest account is experiencing a very serious issue that we are hoping to get assistance with / looked into as soon as possible.

    Any form that is submitted, the user automatically receives a "Too many requests" error. This is happening across multiple forms.

    See attached for screenshot. We are not sure what is happening, but we do know that its affecting multiple forms (if not all forms), and our account looks perfectly fine (we have not max'd out our submissions for the month yet).

    Would you be able to look into this or help us with getting this fixed?

    Hello Grant,

    Thank you for contacting us. It appears that many form submissions are received from same IP address. We are limiting the requests from same IP address for security reasons. 

    We can exclude your account from rate limit controls if you need to lift this restriction. I have submitted a ticket to our developers on this matter and we will update you as soon as possible.

    Hey Victoria,
    We need to exclude this rule from our account, as our organization has the same IP address from coast to coast.
    Would it be possible to have this restriction lifted as soon as possible?
